As the first flight school in Austria, Aviation Academy Austria organized together with the Austrian Cockpit Association an event to present the new ACA Student Support Program.

ACA is an independent Austrian representation of interests for commercial pilots. The primary goal is the promotion of flight safety. Together with other important interest groups throughout Europe, they are the voice of thousands of pilots and ensure the continuous development and implementation of new standards for flight crews in Europe.

Numerous interested AAA student pilots learned about the current job situation in aviation, got valuable tips for airline assessments, were informed about traps in questionable employment contracts and received information on what to look for when taking out a loss of license insurance.

The topic "Women in Aviation" was particularly exciting. ACA is committed to creating important framework conditions for female pilots to be able to combine career and family. The Female Pilots Working Group deals exclusively with topics that affect active and future female pilots and make the job in the cockpit attractive.

Pilot students at the Aviation Academy Austria got the opportunity to contribute their wishes and suggestions and can thus actively contribute to creating optimal conditions for their future workplace even during flight training.
